Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to North Carolina RolePlay ("NCRP," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("ToS") govern your access to and use of the NCRP FiveM server, Discord community, and related services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by this ToS. If you do not agree, you may not participate in our services.

2. Age Requirements

• NCRP is a 16+ community.
• Users aged 13-15 may participate with an approved waiver.

3. Community Guidelines

All members must abide by our Community Guidelines, which promote a respectful and immersive roleplay environment. These include:

• No harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or toxic behavior.
• Keep roleplay realistic and immersive.
• Follow all posted Server Rules both in-game and on Discord. Please Review Server Rules.

4. Legal and Intellectual Property Notices

• Framework: This server is built using QBCore, licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0.
• Brand Use: Real-world brands (e.g., Ford, Glock, Dodge) are used for realism and immersion. NCRP has no official affiliation with any brand, company, agency, or department.

5. Privacy and Data Collection

We collect and use certain identifiers to ensure fair gameplay and moderation. These may include:

• Your FiveM, Discord, and Steam identifiers.
• Your age (for verification and waiver processing).
• Voluntarily submitted information (e.g., staff or whitelist applications).

Your data is stored securely and used only for moderation, gameplay functionality, and internal records. NCRP will never sell or distribute your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Donations & VIP Subscriptions

NCRP accepts donations and offers VIP subscriptions. These are not pay-to-win and may include:

• Priority queue
• Priority support
• Custom apparel
• Decorative vehicle mods
• Additional home/business slots

Purchases do not provide any in-game advantages. All funds support server maintenance, development, and community initiatives. Refunds are at the discretion of the NCRP legal team.

7. Content & Roleplay Restrictions

• All content must follow a NC-17 standard.
• Erotic Roleplay (ERP) is prohibited unless pre-approved by staff.
• Hate groups, terrorist roleplay, or real-world political propaganda are not allowed.
• Roleplay must remain within the realm of realism, especially for jobs and gangs.

8. Use of Real Agencies and Entities

NCRP features realistic representations of real-world agencies (law enforcement, fire/EMS, government). These are fictional and meant purely for immersive roleplay. NCRP is not affiliated with or endorsed by any real government or public safety agency.

9. Enforcement and Disciplinary Action

Failure to follow this ToS or the Community Guidelines may result in disciplinary actions including:

• Warning
• Kick
• Temporary or Permanent Ban
• Revocation of permissions or roles

All decisions made by staff are final unless otherwise reviewed through the proper appeal process.

10. txAdmin & Hosting

• NCRP is hosted through Nodecraft and managed using txAdmin.
• Technical issues may occur beyond NCRP's control. We strive to resolve server-side problems promptly.

11. Updates to Terms

NCRP reserves the right to modify or update this ToS at any time. Continued use of the server after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking the terms-of-service channel in Discord regularly.
